Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To cancel, withdraw or return an order, you can either contact our Customer Care team directly or submit a self-service request under Orders in your account.

To use our self-service returns request

  • Click the "Account" in the store's menu
  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click "Cancel Items" or "Return Items" for the order that you want to submit the cancellation/return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to cancel/return.
  • Select a reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click "Review changes".
  • To confirm and send the request to the store click "Send request"
  • You will receive an email confirming the request for the cancellation/return and once processed you will receive another email confirming the request has been processed.
