A moment for the Mothers

We invited our Zoë & Morgan mamas in for morning tea to celebrate the love and support our mother figures continuously provide. We're excited to share some gorgeous shots of our mums & their boys, we seem to only produce boy babies with our team members here at ZM. We asked our mums for the most heartwarming moment they’ve experienced as a boy mama, that truly captures the essence of being a mum. We also asked our mums to share their favourite piece from our latest collection.

Meet Shayna, our General Manager and mum to her two beautiful boys.

“Oh, that's really hard to put into one moment!

One of my favourites is the evening - slowing right down after being so busy and lying in bed hearing about their day at school or kindy, listening to all of their interesting questions about life and the world.

It's amazing how their little brains work and I feel like they are teaching me new things all the time. That time in the evenings together is so special.

My new favourite piece is the Ayni earrings, they are the perfect size and are so light and easy to wear.”

Lisa is our Production Manager and this is her gorgeous one year old boy, Lewis.

“It's impossible to choose just one moment with Louie - my most cherished moment is how we start each day, snuggling my cuddly sleepy boy and chatting quietly in this room as he wakes up (before the chaos of a one year old starts!). It's so fun being Lewis's mum and those moments let you pause and soak in the love our special bond has created.

My fav piece - I love the movement of the Ayni earrings and they're a great size to wear everyday or for an occasion."

Stephy is currently on maternity leave with her first born bub, now only 8 weeks old.

“Toby's entry into the world was a bit of a wild ride. When I was finally able to hold him I couldn’t believe that this little guy was mine, he was absolutely perfect in every way possible.

My first thought is that I couldn't wait to celebrate all his first moments and help shape him into the incredible person I know he will be.

The Allyu Bracelet is my favourite new piece. I love the intricate details of the bracelet and how it connects so many elements of the collection into one piece."

Meet Kayla, not long back from maternity leave, she looks after our City Works Depot Showroom. This is her gorgeous 6 month old boy, Kena.

"Every morning when his dad leaves for work, I bring Kena into bed with me for his last hour of sleep. He wakes up before me and gently coos and caresses my face or tickles my nose to wake me up. I open my eyes and find him smiling back up at me, like he’s saying "good morning mum".

It’s not long before he starts being loud and rough again, our days are full on and getting much busier as he gets older but that morning pocket of peace is the most heartwarming start to every day.
