How have I nurtured a connection with something greater than myself? This year I was caring for my mum in the last year of her life and this made me very aware of how precious this life is and how infinite and also finite.
After this experience, going to the Amazon and spending a lot of time alone and focusing inward was a really powerful way to connect to my essential essence. This process is still unfolding and there is a definite shift in my sense of purpose and focus.
I had a moment in the jungle where I realised that what I needed most was to be able to really show up 100% in my life and that everything I needed was already alive inside me.
I am most grateful for my sisters and for having some space and time to digest what's been a huge year.
I think 2024 will be very different from 2023 … I am free of many restrictions and I want to make it my time to shine.
